CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 25% of the cost of the canceled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times to accommodate others who are scheduled after you. Regardless of length of actual treatment, late arrivals will still be charged for the full appointment. If a deposit was paid for the appointment the deposit will be kept in place of the 25% fee.
